DELIVERY AND RETURN PROCESSES

You can return your unused or undamaged product, which you purchased from our online sales site, with your invoice within 60 (sixty) days from the delivery date. All Accessory group products are not refundable due to the nature of the products.

Returns must be made with the original packaging. Returns of products without an invoice will not be accepted. If it is determined that the product has been used by the Buyer exceeding the usual use, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal. In this case, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

If you are entitled to the promotion at the time of purchase, you must send the promotional product, the original invoice of the product and the sample of the cargo delivery report, which is an integral part of the product subject to sale or the order placed. If the promotional product is not returned, it will be subject to normal sales by giovannifratelli.com and invoiced to the customer and the corresponding price will be collected. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. If the product that reaches us meets the specified conditions, it is accepted as a return.

If the campaign is used, it is obligatory to return the product with the campaign.

If a refund is requested for product purchases with a campaign, it is obligatory to return all products within the scope of the campaign. Since the campaign price is applied to all products in the basket, product-based returns cannot be performed in campaign orders. All products must be returned.

Before sending the product you want to return, you must fill out the "Return Form" on our online sales site (This form is mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 385), and send the product together with its invoice to the address below by YURTİÇİ cargo.

When your return product reaches us, it will be examined by our expert team and if it is deemed appropriate, your return process will be initiated. The product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 working days (from the receipt of the product).
